Winthrop Management Services was formed in 1990 and has been working solely in the commercial marketplace providing business strategy and project management services. Winthrop Management Services Inc. was formed strictly to handle the specific contracting and accounting practices required to conduct government related business. Many of the staff that have supported Winthrop's commercial projects have transitioned over to Winthrop Management Services Inc.. Therefore, the recent experience cited in this proposal reflects the commercial work these staff members conducted under the auspices of the parent company Winthrop.
